Increase the mileage on your feet

Tires lose their tread after thousands of miles on the road. Holes start appearing on the soles of shoes after months of beating the pavement. These items have a certain lifespan and are replaced once they can no longer handle the stress of the road or sidewalk. Our feet are not so lucky. We get exactly one pair and we need to make them last a lifetime. We can protect them with quality shoes and pumice treatments, but a long day of being on our feet can completely sap us of any energy to enjoy our evening. While we can’t replace our feet, a good soak in a hot tub can do wonders in adding some longevity to our favorite mode of transportation.

Soaking in a hot tub does a number of things for your body, but the feet get exceptional refreshment. The hot water increases bloodflow to the feet which brings oxygenated blood to the worn and damaged muscle fibers in the feet. The water relaxes the tense muscles and better allows the body to take care of itself. Placing the feet in front of a pulsing jet will massage the muscles and work out any kinks and toxins that might be hindering your ability to walk comfortably and easily. We only get one pair of feet so be sure to treat them well.
